The delivery time is normally 2-5 working days from the time of order. Please note that weekend and public holidays are added to this delivery period. As soon as your order has left our logistics centre, you will be notified by e-mail and receive a track & trace code with which you can check the current status of your shipment at any time.
Returns: Returnable items may be returned to Rubirosa by courier within 14 days of the invoice date. The goods must be returned new, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, including label(s) and original packaging, and with the invoice. Shoes also must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. The original packaging of shoes (shoe box) may not be used as the return packaging. The costs of return postage shall be borne by the customer.
