Shipping and payment

1. OUR DELIVERY AND SALES CONDITIONS

After the order confirmation, we will send the ordered items as a parcel to the delivery address specified by yourself. The usual delivery time is between 2-5 working days. Within the EU there are no customs clearance or shipping costs.

For orders from outside the EU, the delivery time can be extended by up to 10 working days.

Should delivery of the goods fail despite repeated delivery attempts, RUBIROSA can withdraw from the contract.

2. GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE
We deliver worldwide.

3. SHIPPING COSTS
For our delivery within the entire EU region, Switzerland, and the Principality of Liechtenstein, you pay zero shipping costs.
For deliveries outside Europe we charge a shipping fee of €25.

 

Returns

1. RIGHT OF REVOCATION/RETURN POLICY
By returning the item within 14 days of receiving it, you can cancel the contract without giving reasons. The return of the item is at your responsibility and expense.

Only items that are absolutely intact and in perfect, unworn condition will be taken back. Worn, soiled, damaged or foul-smelling products In particular cannot be returned. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to assert claims for compensation.

The return shipping costs are not refunded.

The right of return is excluded for the following products:
– Articles from special promotions (e.g. sale, special sales)
– Article with the remark “this article cannot be taken back”.


2. DELIVERY DEFECTS
We ask that you immediately check the delivered items for correctness, completeness and integrity. Complaints about delivery, material defects, wrong deliveries and quantity deviations must be notified to us in writing by letter within 5 working days of receipt of the goods. The defect is immediately checked by RUBIROSA. If RUBIROSA accepts the defect, you will receive a similar replacement item, if in stock, and the shipping costs will be refunded. Otherwise, the entire amount will be refunded.

 

Payment

You can pay by purchase invoice (in Switzerland only), credit card, PostFinance (PostCard), PayPal or bank transfer.
